At Goliath Off Road, we want you to be fully satisfied with your rugged apparel; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
